The rules of the road are most important.They ou ght to be obeyed by every one.
Reasons -:
The purpose of these rules is to make the roads safe for everybody .Now a days the traffic has increased. All kinds of vehicles some slow some fast fill the road during the greater part of the day.So it is important for all the road users to obey the rules of the road.if people disobey traffic rules, accidents happen sooner or later.
Conclusion-:
These rules are needed by all road users whether they are the drivers of the vehicles or for the pedestrians.

Rules for pedestrians-:

If pedestrians do not obey the rules ,th ey will cause danger to themselves and for others.A driver may turn his vehicles to avoid a pedestrian.In doing so He may knocked down someone. The drivers may even lose control of his vehicle.He may drive over the footpath.He may knock down many people.
